"Be careful, Africa will get under your skin and once you've gone once, you'll never stop thinking about it". These were the words we heard on repeat whilst planning this trip.

I have never felt more alive than whilst exploring the Southern African continent. The smells, sights, sounds and feelings I experienced there were uncomparable to anywhere else I've ever been on our planet. On a scale completely beyond what I had ever imagined.

We spent almost 8 months living in a tent, overlanding the countries of South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Lesotho and eSwatini. Spending this much time submerged in nature allowed for a substantially deeper experience of the region, but also gave us plenty of opportunities to photograph and film the wildlife that this part of the world is so famous for.

You can think of this portfolio as chapter one, as there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that we will be back, but until then enjoy this collection of my favourite shots from our time exploring this magic part of the world...
